But, there can be connectivity issues, and because the body language cannot be seen so nonverbal communication which plays a really important role is missed.

This is a type of round where there are one recruiter and multiple candidates. In this kind of process large group of candidates are catered at one time evaluating them in multiple sets. This is a time-consuming process and because the process repeats every time candidates may know all the questions. Here, the right talent may be missed because of the above-mentioned reason.

In this kind of process, there is a thorough interaction wherein the candidate and an employer communicate being in front of each other. Nonverbal communication enables one to know the candidate well. This is a time-consuming and resource-consuming process. Also, there can be biased from the interviewer’s side because of personal liking.
Group Interview
This is a type of round where there are one recruiter and multiple candidates. In this kind of process large group of candidates are catered at one time evaluating them in multiple sets. This is a fast process and it checks the competitiveness of the candidates. Though accuracy may lack and the right talent may be missed.
Interview panel
This is a type of round where there are multiple recruiters and one candidate. In this kind of process one candidate is interviewed by multiple experts on various parameters. This is a time consuming and expensive process but accurate. The candidate may feel valued, but also be overwhelmed with so many questions.
