English speaking training
The three steps for learning three crucial aspects of spoken English are:
Step 1: Identify
Identify the different words that you want to learn in English.
For example, If you wish to learn the words related to the kitchen, identify ten words per your need. For a beginner, these words can be a stove, saucepan, blender, utensil, knife, grater, spoon, bowl etc.
Step 2: Understand
understand the meaning of that word and its usage in various contexts.
In the above example of the kitchen, we need to understand their meaning and usage once we have identified the words to learn.
Like a stove is used for cooking food in the kitchen. We use a saucepan to make dishes. And so on. Here, you will be able to remember these words as you have learned them by their usage in context. It is a better way to learn spoken English. We will have to keep practising the same repeatedly to improve.
Step 3: Implement
Once you know the usage, start implementing the usage in your daily conversations. It will help you remember and use the word in a different context.
In the above example of the kitchen, you can use the words and the sentences with different people. The more you will use them, the more you will remember.
The above-mentioned three-step formula will help you learn the new words better. This is a natural process that every kid applies in their childhood when they start learning.
While following the formula, you will have to consider a few points and follow them, too, to see the results.
The points to consider are as follows:
Point No 1: Set a goal
Your first step in learning English is setting a goal for yourself. Setting a goal serves two purposes.
First, having a goal makes you more motivated because you have a concrete aim to work. It makes it easier to track your progress and decide how well your studying is going. You can monitor your progress and plan further steps.
Secondly, when you see your goals, you will remember the reason for learning English. You will be away from getting bored.
If you want to know what kind of goals you can make for English, the example of the objectives are:
- I am reaching a score in IELTS.
- Clear a job interview in an individual interview.
- And so on.
Point No 2: Create your schedule.
Now that you have a goal for English in place, you will have to fix your schedule of what you will do and when. Try to fix the same time daily and have a good pattern per English speaking training.
The schedule will help you to be regular in your studies. When making a schedule for English speaking, set a time for all activities.

Point No 3: Make use of tools.
You also have to make your learning process enjoyable by adding tools for English speaking to your learning process. If the process is lovely, you will enjoy doing things in the long run. These tools may work for one, not the other, so you must choose them wisely by looking at their pros and cons.
A few of the tools are:
Tool 1: Classes
Classes are one of the best tools to help you learn faster and with a support system. Many of us have tried teaching languages, including foreign languages like French, by ourselves and tell let me tell you, that does not work because we need to know the system structure pattern of that language to start. Then we need an environment to practise for English speaking
You also have to make your learning process enjoyable by adding tools for English speaking to your learning process. If the process is lovely, you will enjoy doing things in the long run. These tools may work for one, not the other, so you must choose them wisely by looking at their pros and cons.
. You can get this in one-to-one classes.
You will have tailored sessions where the trainer will prepare you on a particular topic with assignments. Because it is a one-to-one session, the lessons can be customised and focused on your specific English skills need. The English speaking training can work wonders for you as for many people.
You can also opt for group classes where you have a competitive edge as there are other students. In this case, customising the session plan as per your need is impossible. The teacher has a fixed session plan and will move accordingly as per the batch.

Tool 2: Online programs

Tool 3: Podcast
The podcast is yet another tool for English-speaking training. You will be able to listen, learn about a topic and acquire the skills simultaneously. Podcasts are audio recordings of less time that you can listen to at any time and any place.
You can choose from various available podcasts on numerous topics, including sports, science, celebrity news, and much more. There are some specific podcasts for English learning. It would help if you started by listing words you want to learn. Search the podcasts accordingly and find suitable ones.
The most important part of the podcasts is that they are free. Here, you can practice listening, but you will be left with other skills to work on. You can check out this podcast.
There are other tools also, including the above ones. The main thing to take care of is you must follow the 3 steps mentioned for reading, listening and speaking skills. The three steps are identifying, understanding and implementing.
